Teamwork does not mean ur subordinate, esp ur teenage idol catering to ur whims and fancies

Sometimes ethics should over-ride work considerations so that young workers do not come under buayas (or the cheeky male or female) bosses. Some higher-level bosses do not care but one day their offsprings may be similarly targetted by buayas (mouths as big as crocodiles longing to "kiss" them).
