Lack of Ethics in Organisations

But must make sure that the rumors are not used by unscrupulous ppl to mislead others. For eg retrenchment talk is sometimes circulated until it eventually becomes reality or the rumor-monger hopes it materialises for the targets of their rumor, or unrespected seniors use it just to demoralise staff. Justice must be seen to prevail as the appraisee is often judged by a senior who herself is held in low regard by her seniors, her peers and other juniors in an organisation but frequently, the status of an employee is only mainly determined by his senior. And worst of all, an appraiser may not get along with all other staff but always appear to be on very casual terms with the most senior which gives them very dirty informal power though this may seem more apparent than real. But the devils sure can play this game so no one dare counter her. Frequently the real top bosses are tainted by these devils they assoc with ...

Harrassment by The Fat Devil

Any one who acts or comments unnecessarily in front of another, whether the action is annoying or just plainly done, especially when she or he knows, or even when he or so does not know that the other party does not want it, is guilty of harassment.

This is so as not to allow devils the rationale to behave in seemingly innocent ways, masking her or his intentions.

Harassment will then be lessened, and there is no need to keep track of the number of times the acts r done, as devils can do seemingly innocent and helpful acts all the time, no human sinners can outdo them, except the devil personified.

Seniors should take care of juniors, it's 2 way.

Seniors should really go in and out, at the bottom of both organizations without real support like they would get if the were top servants. That way they will appreciate the work situation best. Perhaps they will realize that organizations can be top heavy, with portfolios quite neatly carved out, not like those at the bottom where almost anything can be done ad hoc, yet denied the recognition precisely because it is pow kah liao, so not specifically appreciated. That even the lower rungs jobs must be appreciated to the same degree else the whole org can go under.

Loud devils whose domineering voice precede their arrival.

Worst of all, there is one manager who has the support of her seniors that talking or even subtly harassing others is their right, as she must have taken advantage of the belief that no one can draw the line between right and wrong. It should be the case that no one has any right to do anything in public but when they need (not frivolously want) to do something, they have the moral support of other people who should be able to take all sorts of action against them except for physical or other abuse if they are just being malicious or generating an atmosphere of distrust. The most senior officers yolk with this manager, effectively sanctioning this kind of behavior instead of making her stay at home (as disturbing others is an unforgivable crime), so what is taught in our school is double standard.
