Organisation's ethics not protected by law : veil can be lifted.
After a person resigns, it should not be taken againt her if she "bad-mouths" her employer if these were in fact faults of the employer. It should not adversely affect her c.v. nor testimonials. Only then can organisations flaws be corrected and this will lead to better labor practices in the long run and for all.
